I need to detail a 3-Legged Cellphone Tower from a single line schematic sketch.

Which would be the best way for taking a schematic diagram with steel profile data and make a 3D model that can be later detailed for fabrication?

Are you using plain AutoCAD or a vertical like AutoCAD Advanced Steel that does this kind of design task with its custom tools https://www.autodesk.com/products/advance-steel/features
