Select Plot Styles

I am trying to plot in AutoCAD 2015 and it will not let me select plot styles to choose from. 

I was previously using AutoCAD 2014 and opened AutoCAD MEP 2015 and both of them allowed me select different plot styles to choose from. 

How can I enable AutoCAD 2015 to be able to select plot styles?

Is the "Plot Style Table Search Path" set to the appropriate location?

Yes they are set to the proper location
