Screen captured images and screen cast for OER

I am writing to ask about the use of screen-captured images for my future Open Educational Resources(OER) which is a free copyright recourse for teaching and learning which is non-profit. OER is open to the public. To explain my project, I am writing a proposal for a grant to create an OER at my school as a faculty member. For the OER, I am planning to create content both text+image based tutorials and video-based tutorials for learning software including AutoCAD & Revit using famous house information. For the tutorials, I would like to make screen captures and use the screen-captured images and videos including the interfaces. Can I use the screen-captured images and videos for my OER that I planning to create? The video can be posted on YouTube as a creative common as well.
If I am not allowed to use the screen-captured images and videos with a university's education license, can you advise any good practice for both text+image based tutorials and video-based tutorials? Can I use a commercial license for only 3 months while I create the contents for the OER?

Hi,

From my understanding you can use the educ-license of Autodesk application for none commercial work.

So as long as these videos are created to be available for free (and also not for advertising to get orders) then I see no issue with this.

Just to make sure: I'm not from Autodesk, I'm not a lawyer, so this is just my understanding of this situation.

Thank you for replying my question. I was assumed the same way. But our university would like to make sure, that is why I asked the solution center, but the solution center asked to write this question in this forum. I just wonder who is the right person to ask this type of question. By the way, thank you again, Alfred.

A lawyer, who is studying your license agreement with Autodesk.
