Scaling problem with drawing 1:100 or 1:50

Good day,

I developed a drawing of a floor plan with units in mm, I am required to scale this drawing to either 1/50 or 1/100, however when I scaled the viewport to this size I cannot see the drawing don't know if it became extremely zoomed in or so small in the view port that it isn't visible, I set up the page size to ISO A3, I can scale it to a custom random scale so that features are visible with- in the paper space chosen A3, however I am required that the drawing be metric units which I did, and the scale must be those previously mentioned. I am self thought I would like to know if it is no possible to have the features of my plan drawing visible when plotted in this A3 Size and at either of the scales mentioned or do I have to change some other setting to make it work. Please help, thanks in advance. I've attached  the file that contains the drawing for reference.

Kind Regards

Adrian

Your issue is your template. You are using an imperial template when you should be using a metirc one. When you scale through your viewport, you are actually scaling 1-inch equals such-and-such but you want to scale as 1mm equals such-and-such.

You'll need to transfer you linework over to a metric template so you get millimeters on you layout tab. No matter what you do in your present drawing, the paperspace units will be inches instead of millimeters.

I am very surprised that I do not understand ChicagoLooper in this case, nevertheless the answer will be good.

<english is a fight i keep losing>

Anyway, maybe my attachment will help you?

However, I don't see a problem in the file if you print 1: 1 on millimeter paper
