Scaled Printing not Accurate

I am using AutoCAD 18 on Mac and am trying to print a floor plan to 1/2" = 1'0" scale. I have done this hundreds of times before but for some reason this time it is not printing accurately. The plan only fits to 1/2" scale on a 24x36 inch page. The strange part about the physical print is that the horizontal dimensions are spot on correct, however the vertical dimensions are coming out short by about a consistent 3". I have also triple checked that the dimensions in CAD are matching up...

Like I said, I've never had a problem like this before and really need these plans to be accurate as they are to be delivered to contractor ASAP.

Sorry to hear that. Can you please share the drawing so we can take a look? 

Is this only an issue when printing or is it also a problem in model & paper space before printing? 

Are you using the same Dimension Style throughout the drawing? 

Have you reviewed the Dimension Style Manager to verify the "Primary Units" section? 

Do you have "Object Snap On" when selecting the endpoints of your dimensions?
