Little over 5 years ago I bought AutoCad 2018 license for 3 years. I was 86 then and I thought it will not expire in my life time. But it did. I have an extremely good custom built work horse Desktop with 32 bit Mother board serving me for more than 20 years.
2018 License caught up on me a month or so ago. I found 2017 on the web and installed it. Now I cannot open 2018 version Cad drawings. Dwgtrue view now available only on 64 bit.
I am sure the question will be asked why I have not changed to 64 bit machine. Apart from the cost of the new desktop - I have to pay a little over $1,000/year for subscription for all the software I use.
Is there any help that one can suggest. I have to convert many drawings to 2017. If I could get DwgTrue view in 32 bit version - even though it is tedious but it will be much cheaper.
Any help will be much appreciated
