Rotating some text

I am working in designing stairs using AutoCad 2014.  On each riser of the stair, indicated by a simple line, I place a number (text) corresponding to number of that step.  In the drawings, the stairs are heading different directions and I need the numbers to rotate usually only 90 deg to assimilate to direction.  As of now I need to manually rotate each number, but I am looking for a faster way that I can select all of the individual text blocks and have them rotate in place while leaving other text not selected undisturbed.

thanks,

A.

Ashton,

Welcome to the Forum.

If you select them all and open your properties pallet I think you can change the rotation for all of them at one time. How about posting your drawing?

Glad that works for you. Less known thing about TORIENT is that you can even draw the angle in the drawing - when you asking to set new rotation... you don't need to know a precise value of angle.
