Right click shortcut menu no longer works using windows surface pen?

I have been using autocad while working in the field for a couple years now using the stock, 3 button, pen for the surface pro. My company recently updated to the 2019 version and now the right click option menu option for the pen just doesn't work anymore. I'm quite familiar with the product and have checked every angle. Will there soon be a patch to recognize the surface pen as a mouse again?

- Yes right click customization in options is all good (works as expected with normal mouse).

-All CUI options are in there (right click wouldn't function with mouse if they weren't).

-Disabled windows ink in workspace for the surface.

-Checked every possible option on the windows side for button mapping and pen functionality.

-Right click, while using the pen, does work just fine every where else, even the ribbons on auto cad, just not the work space.

Any input would be much appreciated, i've checked every forum and help center. I haven't seen a single complaint on this issue. Thank you!

Have you reset 2019 yet?
Have you removed and reinstalled 2019 yet?

Have you looked at
SHORTCUTMENU
and
SHORTCUTMENUDURATION
?

I believe if SHORTCUTMENU is equal to or less than 16,
[Enter] will not be available (the old way).

???

I appreciate your response. All settings are running exceptionally if i'm using a mouse. My issue is that the surface pen is not being recognized as a mouse but a touch device so right click isn't registering. My previous version of autcad allowed me to right click with the surface pen no problem. Hoping autodesk can create a patch to allow the program to recognize a stylus/surface pen as a mouse again.

Autodek does not "fix" 3rd party hardware performance or abilities, sorry, never going to happen.

Which "previous" version did you move from?
Did you migrate from that old version? did you reset 2019 yet?
Is 2019 up to the 2019.1.2 update yet (ABOUT command will confirm)?
If you log in as a new user on the laptop does the problem go away?

Old post, but I'm having the same problem and I know how frustrating this one is. What is interesting is that the problem also occurs in ZWCad and Bricscad. Anyway, I found a workaround: First, do Start button  > Settings > Devices > Pen & Windows Ink. Then check both "Allow my pen to act as mouse in legacy applications" and "ignore touch input when I'm using my pen" options.

Now, here is the twist in Autocad when you want to do a right click: While maintaining the pen button and having the pen tip pressed on the screen, execute a small movement down before releasing the pen button. I know that sounds weird, but it has proven to work perfectly for me!
