Trying to get back to the normal right click option as in capture 1,    Capture 2 and 3 is what happens now......

you may need from OPTIONS to control and modify some settings.

IT SEEMS TO BE MORE THEN A RIGHT CLICK PROBLEM. WHEN I AM TRYING TO EDIT A BLOCK I GET THIS ERROR…INSTEAD OF MY RIGHT CLICK OPTION COMMING UP TO ALLOW ME TO EDIT THE BLOCK.

c:\program files\autodesk\autocad 2018\acauthenviron.arx cannot find a procedure that it needs.

Unknown command "BEDIT".  Press F1 for help.

If all else fails, try Reset AutoCAD 2018 back to Defaults:

 

Start > All Programs > Autodesk > AutoCAD 2018 > Reset Settings to Default

That did not work either, It is only having this problem in 18!!! AutoCAD 17 and 16 are working fine. I will just uninstall and reinstall tonight. Thanks guys.

I'm just checking in to see if you need more help with this. I couldn't see the screenshot that you posted showing exactly what the problem is, but did the uninstall/reinstall of the program help you solve the issue?
