Reset the origin of a default UCS

Somehow the default UCS Left had it's origin coordinate modified and now when trying to ID a point with the Left UCS active I get coordinates relative to the new origin.  I've included a screenshot of the UCS Manager with the details of the Left UCS shown.  The origin should say 0,0,0.

Double click the Depth column on the UCS dialog box, a "Orthorgraphic UCS depth" dialog box comes up. Click the Select New Origin button and you can pick the origin.

Sorry but that didn't work.  The UCS origin remains unchanged.

Make sure your current UCS is set to World before changing the origin.  I am also having this problem and would like to know what is causing it.  I'm running AutoCad 2013 on Windows 10.  I originally thought it was caused by creating a custom UCS, but it has occurred without any interaction with the UCS manager.

It seems to be problem with the presspull command.  Sometimes it moves the origin to the face I'm using it on.
