Rename borders and title block for bulk of drawings

Is there anyway to automate renaming border names and title block names for huge number of AutoCAD drawings. Inventor has iLogic to do this. Does AutoCAD has any tool like that.

nothing built-in to do that: you'll need to customize then use an external tool to access your list of drawings.

Provide before and after examples for what you need.

1) difference between a border vs a title block 

2) sample dwg containing border & title block
