RENAME BLOCK AS INSERT

I was wondering if there is away to rename a block as its inserted from a tool palette.

This is not possible in the regular properties palette, as it shows the properties of the BlockReference and not the block itself. We'll have to call the _Rename command, which doesn't even have a button. But there are alternative property panels...
