Remove gap in radial dimension line

Looking for the setting to remove this gap between the radius center point and the dimension line. Attached are two screenshots. what the gap looks like and how I want it to look (in blue not magenta.

Check the Fit. Turn off Dim Line Forced and set Text Movement to Move text, no leader.
