4. Close the Sample2 drawing.

5. Run the REGEN command in the Sample1 drawing.

Please note that some text is disappears and the the following message is displayed.

Hi,

I tried your drawing using AutoCAD 2016 SP1, but don't get these messages when running _REGEN.

I would first test if you are up-to-date with your AutoCAD service pack, then look to _STYLE dialog if any font files are missing. If nothing of that helps create a new drawing and use copy & paste to copy the objects from the existing drawing to the new drawing ... then save/close/open that new drawing and see if the error again occurs.

I tried using AutoCAD 2016 SP1, but stiil the error occurs.

Please note that the font files are available.

Is it possible to find the problem text entity?

Hi,

>> Is it possible to find the problem text entity?

First: it's not sure that it is a text object making this happen, it could also be a linetype or symbol.

It is hard to get rid of it, but you can start to delete half of the drawings content, close and reopen it and see if the messages again occur. As I don't get that messages I'm not sure how to do it in another way. It might also be a combination of that drawing + your system.

Hi,

additional info: other threads here state that these messages might have to do with bigfont-settings, so start command _STYLE and change these fonts for your textstyles.
