Refresh Blocks Palette

Anyone else notice the blocks palette doesn't always show what is defined in the current drawing? In the first image you'll notice the "dock" column blocks are missing from the palette but show on the text screen when listing them. Wait "a few minutes" and they suddenly appear in the palette as shown in the second image. It appears the palette greatly lags in updating the content. It clearly needs a "refresh button". I'm using AutoCAD 2024.

Do you use One Drive to keep all of your drawings? All of your setup files? All of your Pallett Blocks?

If so, you can sometimes get that kind of delayed response.

I know this wont speed up the process but it could put you mind at ease on knowing why it is slow to respond.

Hope this helps!

JRR!

Hi

(I don't know this issue)

Does it happen in all cases of new blocks, or just for new blocks you created by a special way?

For example: Command Block-> fast update

but copy&paste from another drawing lags!?

Q1: Does it lag about the current content, or just about the order?

        Check the whole listing

Q2: Does a rab change (and back) force the update?

Q3: Does palette close&open force the update?

Are you running the latest productversion?

Please share your product version / command ABOUT
