I don't know what I've done; I'm drawing in 2d; when I draw a line, before clicking on the workspace, a dotted imaginary line appears as a guide. I can't find the variable to disable it or the option to make it disappear.
Just a shot in the dark...
Is your drawing set with UCS to WORLD and then enter the PLAN command matching current?
Also is your VSCURRENT set to 2dwireframe?
My drawing is set with current ucs by default.
My vscurrent is set to 2dwireframe.
Does the problem occur on all dwg or only on this specific dwg?
Try to press F11. Is the OSNAP tracking that you're looking for?
You can explore more options by typing OSNAP then press Enter.

It's not clear to me what that means, exactly. Does it mean that you have the UCSFOLLOW System Variable set so that you are always taken to PLAN View in the current UCS? If so, that is triggered only when you change the UCS, but there is still the possibility that you could have changed the View direction without changing the UCS, so UCSFOLLOW would not be a factor. Or the flip side -- do you have it set to always change the UCS to match the view, which I believe [in newer versions than Acad2020 I have here, so I'm not sure] is only triggered for orthogonal View directions?
One way or another, are you perhaps in something other than PLAN View in your image?
