Ref not lining up with my page

Hello, on my page the ref lines up perfectly but when I plot it is missing the right & top line. When my colleague uses the same drawing and plots from her computer it lines up perfectly. I have checked the base and they are all set to o.

Thanks

HI,

I suggest to do some calibration for printable area (see below image).select your printer then Properties then Modify standard paper then select the paper that you choose for print then press Modify then you can modify Top,Bottom,Left and right options.

Hi @Anonymous,

I suggest that you copy the PC3 and associated PMP file from your coworkers computer to your own. This should correct the margin and offset issue you are seeing. You can also do this manually as suggested by @imadHabash

Hello - thank you for the suggestion. I mostly export as PDF rather than print so if I change the setting you have suggested will it work for PDF as well as the printer?

Hi @Anonymous,

Every printer driver includes hardclip limits (margins). So, I suggest you create a PC3 file each different type of print job you use.

Here is a post from a while back that might help you create your custom PC3 files.
