I am trying to reduce the size of PDFs that I create in CAD and after reading a bunch of forums I found a couple options. I was hoping that someone could clarify some of these options and make sure that they don't mess up anything. I don't want to send a PDF a client and find out that it is all messed up for some reason. There are two options that I wasn't certain about:

PDF Small is the way we print.

I wouldnt modifiy those variables if i were you. Just print your pdf's and use a ''free online pdf size reducer''. Here is what i use : https://www.ilovepdf.com/compress_pdf
Make sure you pdf's are bundle into 1 file before you reduce in size. Cause free online pdf compressors have a daily limit of a couple files
In other pdf manipulation news, in highly recommend downloading the UnityPDF application. It's totally free and it lets you assemble, disassemble, insert, extract, erase metadata... of anything PDF.
