Creating ARC Command

Hi there, 

I am a Lighting Designer and looking to have a command which can speed up my process in CAD drawings. 

Would like to know if I could have a command where I can continuously click on my light fittings to connect them with ARCS? Now i am drawing individual ARCS to connect them.
