Random wavy 3d panels

hi.. how can i draw a 3D random wavy panel on autocad as per the attached file ? and get it as smooth as it is ? or how can i slice the panel on this file ? I tried to draw it in section and extrude it by path than union all the waves together but didnt get it as smooth as it should be and it is segmented once exported it to another software. Please help

The section is correct but in plan (top view) they shouldn't be straight waves, they should have ergonomic shapes, like the below picture

I don't know of a way Autocad can do those waves.
