Random lineweights plotting to PDF

Greetings,

I seem to have trouble when creating PDF's due to some of the lines plotting too thick, especially the inch dimensions (only the lower part of the fraction). I have the same detail with mm dimensions which plot just fine. They are in different layers, but have the same general settings and style.

I've searched the forum and tried some things but no success so far.

How are you assigning line weights? You have an errant setting in play.

They are assigned by layer. But then shouldn't the whole inch dimension be thick, not just the lower part of the fraction ? That is what puzzles me.

No idea, all I have to go by is the picture that you posted which tells me nothing about the objects.
