Radius dimensioning

What settings are required to obtain radius dimensions like this?  I want the line to emanate from the center of the radius with the arrowhead on the concave side of the radius like in this example.

There are a couple of settings for the text as shown below.

I changed the setting "DIMTOFL" to on to make the line start at the center. For arrow, select the dimension, hover over the grip at the arrow and select "flip arrow"

Alternatively, instead of flipping the arrow you could use a custom arrow by adding it to the dim style in the "symbols and Arrows" tab and selecting "user arrow"
