"Select CSV file" dialog box

Hello,

 

I took AutoCad 2023 in use and noticed that when I open .dwg file, s::startup runs automatically (every time) a dialog box which I can't get rid off. How to prevent this dialog box appearing? Haven't seen this feature in previous revisions.
