"Fatal error: out of memory - closing" BUT I HAVE 40GB RAM!!

Hello, Autodesk Community.
I need help with my desktop. It's giving the error "Fatal error: out of memory - closing" even though my computer is an engineering one. This happens when I try to mess with the file. Its current configuration is
i7-11700 @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz

40.0 GB RAM

RTX T1000

Win 11 pro.
I believe this type of error should not be occurring.
I've already done the procedures that Autodesk support gave me but it hasn't been resolved...

@admin6RPPC Some free tips but you might end up having to buy a fix if that is even possible as a solution with old 2016 and Win11
