Quick question About GRIPTIPS in AutoCAD 2017

I'm very familiar with the usage of GRIPS and GRIP Descriptions within dynamic blocks, but I've run into a bit of an issue that I can't figure out. I have various versions of AutoCAD installed on my testing laptop, but AutoCAD 2017 seems to fail to display grip tips even though I believe I have all the environment setting that should affect them set the same as AutoCAD 2016 (which display's them just fine). Did some option get changed relating to grip tips (displaying descriptions)?

Multifunctional grips all seem to be working and mousing over highlighted endpoints and the like works just fine in 2017.

My 2017 settings as follows:

GRIPS: 2

GRIPTIPS: 1

GRIPBLOCK: 0

DYNMODE: ON

DYNDIGRIP: 31

AUTOSNAP: 63

TOOLTIPS: 1

These settings in AutoCAD 2016 work fine with all my dynamic block grip descriptions but show nothing in 2017.

Any ideas?

Poked with it enough and figured it out - TOOLTIPSIZE had been set at -1 in 2017, 0 in 2016, so I changed it to 0 in 2017 and my dynamic block grip tips came to life.

Hope this comes in handy to someone sometime. Some features have a very complex set of control settings that are dependent on each other!
