Quick Properties

Hello.

Just encountered this issue today. I have two AutoCAD sessions open and only one is having this issue. When I double click on an item, the "quick properties" box would pop up and display the radius, height, etc. of a 3D solid I have. But when I click on a 3D block, no box would pop up, which is what I prefer. But all of a sudden, this stopped working. So I searched how to fix and updated the QPMODE to (1) and the quick properties shows up like I want for the 3D solid, but now it shows up for the 3D block that I don't want. How do I fix this where the quick properties box shows up when I double click on a solid, but doesn't show up when I click on a block? See image example below. My second session of AutoCAD that I have open, it's working fine just like I want it to, but when I check the QPMODE settings are the same. So it must be a different setting that needs to be adjusted, I just don't know what that is. I've tried "CTL+SHIFT+P", but that turns display boxes off, which I don't want. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

**Update...just now noticed that something else changed in this particular drawing. I used to be able to select an item, then start a command and it would include the item that was currently selected. For example, when no command is active, I would click on an item, then if I typed a command such as, "erase", it would erase the item that was selected.  Now it does not do that anymore. So if someone knows how to fix this as well, that would be great. Not sure if this is related to the Quick Properties issue.

Did you restart your PC yet @lbellino4

Does this happen in all DWG files, or just this one?

Your exact AutoCAD variant and version as listed by your program's ABOUT command is...?

I did restart my PC and now all my drawings are not showing the quick properties that I had set up yesterday, even though I didn't want the display for the 3D blocks. Prior to yesterday, everything was working just fine.

Both sessions of AutoCAD is in 2025. Below is the version I'm using is shown in the image below.

Due to more issues arising after opening AutoCAD 2025 this morning, (wouldn't allow me to put an item on a different layer, could not unfreeze an layer), I just decided to uninstall and reinstall the program. So far, that has fixed all these issues. I just can't figure out why all this happened overnight. Thanks for the help.
