Hi @Anonymous,

The default metric unit in Autocad is the mm.

So I presume:

- When you say 1:1700000 you mean 1 AutoCAD unit (mm) to 1700000 Autocad units (mm)

- And when you say 1:170 m you mean 1 Autocad unit (mm) to 170 m

In that case the scale is wrong.. 1(mm) : 1700000(mm) = 1(mm):1700(m)

By the way it's always better to draw in real size in Autocad and scale in layout or in printing..

Regards..

Hi @Anonymous!

If you're working 1:1 then a 1 meter line should measure 1000 drawing units (mm) in model..

So in Layout:

1- Select the Viewport,

2- Press Ctl+1 to open the properties palette

3- Go to the Custom Scale Property, and write 1/1700000 then enter

Now plot the lay out 1:1... (The last scale is how do you want to scale the printing paper altogether not just the drawing)

Regards..
