Pull Down Menu issue

We custom made the pull down menu file for AutoCAD 2011.

But we don’t know the reason why, one of the menu (Architectural Layer V2.3) can’t display on the menu bar.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you turn it on in the active workspace you are in with the CUIx command?
And did you then manually save your workspace with WSSAVE command?

Both are required actions.

Both commands I have try before. But the custom menu still not appear!!!
