Publish Selected Layouts only publishes 1 layout in Acad 2015

I had this happen a few years ago when i installed on a new computer.

Now it is happening again on this new computer.

I select "Select All Layouts" and then select "Publish Selected Layouts" and only 1 layout is in the publish window.

I remember it was an easy fix but I just don't remember what it was.

Autocad 2015 on Windows 10.

1. Press and hold the Ctrl key.
2. Along the bottom of the drawing window, click each of the layout tabs that you want to publish.
   Note: You can also select multiple layout tabs from the overflow menu.
3. Right-click one of the selected layout tabs and choose Publish Selected Layouts.
4. In the Publish dialog box, change any settings for the selected layouts and click Publish.

That is exactly what I have been doing for over 10 years but it doesn't
work now.
It will only show and plot 1 layout even though there is some to all
layouts selected.

Publishcollate = 1

Publish->publish to:->PDF

Publish->publish options->General DWF/PDF options->Type->Multi-sheet file

This did not work as the settings were already the same...
There is another variable PUBLISHALLSHEETS (0 or 1) neither made a
difference...

1. Try to PURGE, -PURGE, & AUDIT the file.
2. Check your Layout are all using DWG to PDF.pc3  preset.
3. PUBLISH from different location (Ex: Pulldown, Ribbon, Command Line... ect.)
4. If not already created, PUBLISH from the Sheet Set Manager.
5. Check if you get the same results when Exporting to PDF.
6. Driver may be corrupted, so create a new "DWG to PDF.pc3" driver in AutoCAD
7. Reset AutoCAD to default

Why not just use the publish command which automatically selects all layouts?

No difference trying that.... the drawings publish properly on the old machine...

That is a workaround but still should work the original way it was intended.

Did you try any of the suggestions in message 6?  Particularly: 

• Driver may be corrupted, so create a new "DWG to PDF.pc3" driver in AutoCAD

Yes I did and tried other PDF output drivers as well...

I'm having trouble believing that using the command is a workaround. If anything, your preferred method is a workaround. SMH...

What happens if you select multiple layouts but not all?

Ha...well good point. but it should work the way it is intended to work.
I don't know when this feature was added but I have been using AutoCad
since the DOS version 2.0 (roughly 1984) so I believe that shortly after
it was rewritten for Windows this feature was added and I have been
doing it that way since then....:)

When you right click on the layout tabs and "Select All" then go to
"Publish Selected" there is only 1 layout in the list to print. The same
thing happens when I select a few of the layouts and the "Publish Selected".
