proxy graphics (text)

       Had installed Autodesk Building Design Suite Premium 2014 in early June of this year. I was able to see proxy graphics entities (text). The program crashed and I installed it again. Now I can't not see the proxy graphics (text). I have also installed Autocad 2014 sp1 and a object enabler. Still can't see the text. But when I turn on a Autocad session and click on "ABOUT" it does not show SP1. When I reinstall it, it said I have the latest version. Need some help.

Is this problem with a particular drawing file?

With what software was this file created?

I assume that otherwise your autocad works fine without crashing?

Start command _OPTIONS ==> tab "Open and Save" and verify these settings:
