When I copy objects, either by "copy" command or ctrl+C, I am prompted to select objects to copy, even when I have already selected objects to copy. This is new and normally when I select objects before entering the "copy" command it goes straight to the base point rather than prompting me to select objects again.
What happened here?

*edited* - It is not just copy commands. seems to be other object selecting commands, such as "rotate."
