How do i use AutoCAD if my PC has Processor of 1.00 GHz ? or it is completely impossible to run it ?

Find very old version of AutoCAD 2002 that will be fine.

As we can read in your other post, this is an intel with up to 3.6Ghz,

not just 1Ghz in peak.

How did You figure it out ? means in setting it shows  1.00GHz 1.19 GHz

Impossible and very old versions can only install on 32 bit os like windows xp maybe windows 7. But even if you can install very old versions you cannot activate it because Autodesk has stopped activating AutoCAD versions that are that old
