Problems with annotation objects and scale

I have a drawing with dimensions, texts and blocks in the annotative form, and in model space everything worked out in 1:50, in paper space I need to have 2 viewports, one in 1:100 and other in 1:75 in the same layout. The problem is, when I go to paper space and make the two viewports, the annotative objects are not the same size in both, and some change place/disappear at all. What could be the problem? I'll leave a copy of the file here.

Set both viewports to 1:1 scale, then back to your desired 1:100 and 1:75 and they will fix themselves.
