Problems with a graphics card

Hi! I am using Autocad 2016, in a Winfows 10 Pro OS. My hardware is an Intel Core I5 2300 CPU @2.80 GHz. I have 4 Gb RAM. I have just installed an MSI Geforce GT 710 graphics card with 2 Gb DDR3.
I am experiencing problems using Autocad. Actually I am considering uninstalling the card as it is impossible ti do anything. The system freezes constantly, taking 10 seconds or more before entering another order. I will appreciate your feedback as I absolutely ignore what can be the cause of these problems.

if your whole system is freezing have thought it is not an Autocad problem?

nothing in Autocad can fix system freezes look at hardware issues

hello, have you try to switch off your hardware acceleration form options > system > graphic performance and see if helps. thanks

Hi! Thanks for the answer to my request. It could be a hardware problem as you say, but it does no occur with any other software. Other than that, it only started after the graphics card was installed. I have also considered that the file I am working with could have a problem, though I cannot imagine what. I purged it twice already to no avail.

It's been off since yesterday and now it completely shut down, but it is all the same. Furthermore, the drawing is barely 1.218 Kb.

besides of 4GB for Windows 10 is already a very small amount of memory ...

Can you please start AutoCAD, create a new drawing, start command _GRAPHICSCONFIG and show a screenshot from that dialog?
