Problem with Plotting from Sheet Set Manager

Anonymous

Publishing to PDF from my sheet set manager always worked, until my co-worker started using it as well.  Whenever he tries to publish anything the first page will come out perfect and then the following pages will only partially print.  We started publishing everything from my computer and it was fine, until he set up some sheets.  Now the sheets that he created will only partially publish from both of our computers.

We've looked at the settings and everything looks fine, and when publishing AutoCAD gives us no errors or warnings, but when we open the PDF the pages are not fully plotted and Adobe says there is an error on the page.

I've tried re-saving his sheets with a different name and importing the new files into the sheet set manager from my computer, but that doesn't work.

I'm attaching an example of the sheets.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Which PDF driver are you using?

Are you and your co-worker using the same PDF output driver, same version? Same OS?

Are you sharing a PC3 file via a network?

Have you tried Publishing to a hardcopy printer to which you both have access? Do you have the same/similar issue with errors or different results?

Hi, I have exactly the same issue.

My co-worker started having issues yesterday and is now having to produce a compiled PDF by printing each page individually.

Initially, my machine was able to reproduce the same issue, but yesterday I recreated all our templates, and page setups, etc., and the issue went away for me.

Do you find a solution?

It feels like a setvar got changed somewhere, somehow, and now the sheetset doesn't load the page setup for each sheet, it only loads the first.

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry to see that you are having problems plotting from the sheet set.  Is it possible to eTransmit the drawing(s) and the sheet set so I can take a look at this for you?

Which version of AutoCAD are you using and on what operating system? Does the behavior change if all the files are on the local drive as opposed to a network location?

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
