Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

Usually in AutoCAD when you start drawing lines and after picking first point .. just move your cursor for your needed direction then enter the length that you need. >> Click <<
Also you can enable or disable the dynamic input and command prompt that are seen at the crosshairs when drawing in AutoCAD by pressing F12  and/or Change the DYNMODE system variable value . >> Click <<

Turn off Dynamic Input.

And what if i still want to see information near my mouse? Before that problem i was able to write values with dynamic input but without need to put angel value.
What i want is to have dynamic input (because it's helpful) and have possibility to write values for X and Y. Not length and angel.

Maybe it's Object Snap or Polar Tracking.

X and Y direction will follow your mouse cursor .. just move your cursor for your needed direction then enter your distance. Also F8 ( Ortho ) will give you a direct straight lines .

Maybe this is what you say you've found [Message 9], but since you didn't specify, and for others' benefit:

Set the DYNPICOORDS System Variable to 1.
