Problem with installation of AutoCad 2020

Hi everybody I hope that you will help me with this problem .I've been trying to install for two days autocad version 2020 but every time i try it's impossible to click the button "install"(as the photo shows).  I'd like to specify it looks like my PC has all the requirements and that i have already installed the version 2019 without any problem. Thank you
