Problem with Importing the workspace from a previous version

Hello there!

I have a problem with Importing the workspace from a previous version of the autoCAD 2014. I watched the tutorial https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/screencast/8719107d-a0e7-42d7-82a9-14c445130c3c but when I open the 'acad.CUIX'file I get an error message saying: 'The file 'c:users...\acad.cuix' has been opened on the other panel' but still can't find it.. Any help?
