I've been using AutoCAD for about a year or so now and feel pretty competent while using it but I've come across an issue that I haven't seen before:
I've received drawings from a client that was converted from a Revit file, he gave me 2 drawings on 2 separate dwg files and when i try and copy and paste one drawing to another it scrambles the drawing for some reason. I've tried creating a new file and new drawings but nothing seems to work, I've also noticed that if i copy and paste each drawing to different new drawings they copy fine but as soon as i try to bring them into the same drawing, the second drawing i copy scrambles
By scrambles i mean that hatching and lines and text all seem to jumble around the drawing and occasionally there seems to be all new hatching on the drawing that wasn't even there before ???
I've even gone as far as trying it on a colleagues computer which is stronger than mine in-case it was a software issue but he came across with the same problem.
Please assist if you can or if you've come across the same problem
