Problem units when i insert a layout from template

I have created a template whit the sheetborder and some bloccks whit attibutes, and use like a template, everything was created in metric units

 

So, i was working whit Autocad 2014, and everything was okay, recently  installed Autocad 2015 and i  had problems whit the units when i insert the layout template in a new file.

these are the steps I follow to insert the layout template into a new drawing

I try using the command 'Dwgunits whit this configuration,

but i cant  do this  and need Each drawing a definitive solution I think it is due to a conflict in the units of the new drawing, but can not find the cause  much less the solution , who can help me thanks.
