Problem in window command (Plot)

Hello, 

There's a problem when I'm plotting. When I click on  "window" I can't zoom or make any movement. All the viewports lost their position and I need press Enter a couple times to back on plot configuration screen. 

In attachment is the image showing how the problems happen.

This is a known issue AFAIK.
Do you have all of the service packs installed?

Secondary to that, if you are printing from a layout, why would you ever need to pick a window?
