Problem about surffillet

I would like to fillet four bottom edges of the following surface box. However, the surffillet command does not support to fillet all the edges at the same time. However, I can fillet all edges of the solid box at the same time. Is it a bug or a defect of AutoCAD?

I unioned the group of 4 surfaces and the bottom face and then used FILLETEDGE. It worked 😉
