we have several versions of autocad with the same result. 2012,14 & 16

using PC3 files or direct system printer install on windows 7,8 or 10 results are the same

So is this a sudden new problem? or first time for anyone to try it?

We PLOT directly to the Windows System Drivers only, no PC3 file, to get multiple copies to come out of our HP printers and plotters here.

Can you double-check this issue yourself and confirm a system driver is actually being used? Also ensure this feature is available on other apps and provide Screenshots of the expanded PLOT pop-up and the expanded printer settings (see below).

Thank you! the answer is in your question. the problem is they have custom page sizes and i need to add them to the PC3 File for the printer to select the correct size.

Thank you again for the time and thank you for helping me find the solultion.

OK, so now the actual problem is, if I follow correctly, it's only repeated if they create a custom sheet? That custom sheet needs to be permanent in your System driver for you all to use the system driver's option of multiple sheets.

On our laser printers for example, we do this to tray #1 (the drop down extra tray you can also use for manual feeds): if that''s an option on your "jets" that would be the way to do it.
