printing Issues

Can anyone help me. I am trying to print to scale on a HP A3 printor but it is coming out different each time

Welcome to the forums.

For someone here to be able to help can you tell us what you have done so far?

Are you plotting from paperspace or modelspace?

Have you set up a layout in paperspace

For plotting from paperspace you need (if you haven't already) to create a viewport & set the scale of the vport. Lock the scale in the vport then it will not change unless you change it on purpose.

With your paperspace created to fit A3 you should then be able to set your plot scale at 1:1 then it should plot the same each time.

I'm sure there are other things I have missed & others will be able to pick those up for you.

Lesleys is right, what would also be helpful would be a few screen shots of the drawing you are drawing to print and the plotting page.

Thank you for your help but it must have been the printer and the printable area. I finally got it to work but have no idea what I did
