Print Scaling and Line Weights

I have two questions, as well as files to help troubleshoot. I posted a while back about having a Fusion 360 drawing I wanted to move into AutoCAD, as Fusion won't let you dimension in feet. So I have finished dimensioning in AutoCAD, after scaling my drawing up from 1/4" =1'0" to 1:1. And now I wish to scale it back down to 1/4" = 1'0" but for some reason when I try to set it up in the page set up manager tab it isn't scaling properly. It also seems all the line weights are the same when I print without scaling which should not be the case as I have changed them. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You never scale your model; it stays at 1:1 always.

1/4"=1'-0" is a print/plot scale: are you just trying to plot that scale? Any reason starting PLOT command to do that while keeping your model at 1:1 scale is not working for you? Please let us know if you need plotting guidance.

Okay, thanks! Using the PLOT command makes the drawing scale correctly, unlike the page setup manager in my layout 2, seems strange but whatever works. Also should it be a problem if when plotting I receive an error message saying, "The annotation scale is not equal to the plot scale. Do you want to continue?"

The error means this (see below) does not match your plot scale, which also means you decided to leap into annotative text and blocks in your file
