Why is it that when I print from autocad to FOXIT PHANTOM PDF PRINTER, the Wipeout operation does not appear on the back strokes? (Even though when printing to paper, the Wipeout is inserted on top and the back strokes are not visible), please help.

could be limitation of FOXIT PHANTOM PDF PRINTER.

have you tried using AutoCAD's built-in pdf printers like DWG To PDF.pc3?

Recreate the Wipeout and the geometry it is created from to get a working Wipeout - as suggested here:

• Wipeout is ignored, does not cover data when printing to PDF in AutoCAD products
