Is there a way to set up the Previous Plot as the default.  Please see the attached example.

Hi,

 

"previous plot setup" is nothing that is stored in AutoCAD.

What you can do is to assign the settings to the layout clicking onto "Apply to Layout" in the screenshot you showed, then the current settings are saved and are used for future plot's of that layout.

Pick Save changes to layout at the bottom of the Plot options list on the right.  Then every time you call for Plotting anything, the way you last Plotted it will be all set.
