Preview different from the layout

When I was about to print the drawing in the AUTOCAD, then I click the plot, select the DWG to pdf, but turns out the preview is different from the layout, the dimension for the circle is missing. Attached file is the drawing.

Unfortunately your .dwg was saved in 2018 version so I'm not able to take a look at it (I'm still on version 2017). If you could upload a version that has been saved to an older .dwg format, more people will be able to take a loot at it and try to help you out.

From the top of my head I would look for the following issues:

is the dimension properly placed (is it annotative or not?)
is the dimension on a frozen layer or a layer set to 'do not print' (check the layer manager)

Try this...  Enter the command SAVE, and when the dialog box appears, check the "Update Sheet and Thumbnails Now" check box
