Polyline Grip not converting to arc

Hi!

I keep running into a strange issue. Whenever I hover over the midpoint of a Polyline between vertices, I see the menu to convert the line into an arc. However, whenever I hover over to try to select "convert to arc," the menu disappears before I can click it.

I tried closing and reopening and no avail. This seems to happen quite a bit. I'm not sure why sometimes it works and others it doesn't. I have also reinstalled CAD multiple times since this has occurred.

Thank you,

Type the letter that is underlined when you see that menu next time, see if that helps.

If, like me, you don't have underlines in your menu, you can type C to convert to arc, or A to add a vertex after the hover menu pops up.

Not sure why your menu would disappear on you, though, other than it's very sensitive.  If you move your cursor in any other direction than straight towards the menu options, it will go away.  So if you accidentally nudge your mouse in the wrong direction, that could be why you're sometimes losing it.  The only way I know how to control that would be to adjust your cursor speed/acceleration in the Windows mouse settings.
