polar array work flow

Please somebody give me a work flow for using polar array that will work 1st time every time.

To this day I have never managed a polar array 1st time without retrying or editng a few times.

I have objects that want to array a certain angle and a certain number of  times.

The 2  do not seem to be mutual, I can never seem to enter them in at the same time without the array being

messed up.

try to use Array through a contextual ribbon interface. also make sure that your AutoCAD is full updated . >> Click <<

I finally found out how to do it, first time around.

further experimenting has showed you can't enter in number of items and angle between from the menu both at one time,

but have to enter the one, then use the little edit arrow to enter in the other.

You can enter both at once from the menu while using polar array.
